Ocean Sands Beach Club

Wonderful experience at this place! Condos are roomy. Full kitchen with separate dining area. All items appeared new including the furniture flooring, and beds. We had a two bedroom with a queen bed in the master and twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a nice size living room with a pull out sofa. The beds are very comfy! Televisions with full cable in each bedroom and also in the living room. Plenty of towels and they do offer a towel exchange on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We hung up our bath towels and made it through our 5 day stay without using the towel exchange since we slept in and missed it. This location is very quiet at night. This location has a pool right at the units and beach access also at the back of the units. The pool was never busy while we were there. No more than a couple and their 2 children were ever there. Visitors can drive on the beach so we had to be very cautious of the kids running from the water back up to where we were on the beach because most vehicles did not obey the 10 mph speed limit and would pass by us at 20-25 mph and did not watch out for those out on the beach. This was my only complaint about New Smyrna Beach. Very little seaweed on the beach and not any type of smell from it. I would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy the beach. Sorry I never thought about getting any pictures of inside the unit.

Such a great place to stay with families. There is a private pool for guests, so you don't have to worry about beach stragglers taking over. The pool was clean, well kept by a cleaning crew and even had some extra floaties for us to use. I loved being so close to thy beach, perfect for morning walks. The unit was clean, cool and beachy. The beds were decent, the pullout couch was pretty rough but we managed. The kitchen is small, but it works for small meals.

Disclaimer - we own a week here. We have been vacationing here since 1993. We love this resort and love New Smyrna Beach. We were young adults then and our children grew up coming here every year. Our board of directors manages the resort well. It's a small place with a heated pool and hot tub. There's a peace here that I've only seen in a few other places.

Nice place to stay on the beach Close to restaurants and nightlife.

I highly recommend it for families on a set budget, multi room, nice kitchen, parking, pool, grills, and beach access, make it a pretty good value, I think. Parking alone is $20 per day. Give them a try. We liked it.

OSBC is a small quiet well kept property right on the beach. We have been enjoying it from the beginning. Great place to observe a launch from Kennedy Space center especially at night. NSB has many very good and unique eating establishments. The people who work there and stay there are friendly, helpful and quiet.

Older but charming accommodations. Can't beat that it's right on the ocean and every room has a view. The pool is nice. They could swap out the charcoal grills for gas though. Saw dolphins, lots of shore birds, and jelly fish.

One of my new favorite places to stay in Florida! If you’re looking a laid back, smaller scale chain to stay at, this beauty is a true gem. Clean rooms and premises. Ocean front location. Nice pool and the hottest and best hottub I’ve ever been in! Nice restaurant and bar in walking distance. Look forward to staying here next year!
